A high quality, well designed tie is the perfect way to demonstrate your club or corporate identity.

On this page we will discuss the different processes that we use to produce the ties and how they differ, as well as the finishes available.

​

The process and finish chosen are down to personal preference.  Depending on the design you want some are more suitable than others and with our experience we will help guide you through this to ensure the best final result at the lowest cost.

The first step is to get the perfect design and with our free design we can show the options and make refinements until you are happy.

woven ties

With a woven tie your design is woven into the fabric of the tie.

​

  1. The background, any stripes and motif are all woven at the same time giving a hardwearing fabric.

  2. We must supply a sketch which is completely satisfactory as this is the basis for the setup jacquard.

  3. When the order is placed we supply a sample of the woven fabric for final colour approval.
     

In this way you will receive ties in your design and in your colours which will last for years.

Any design is possible and with our experience we can guide you through the technicalities of translating your design onto fabric.

dye-printed ties

Dye-printing is ideal for brightly coloured designs.
These can include randomly placed motifs and almost any colour imaginable.


Our ties are both screen printed and digitally printed and we will advise on the most suitable method.

​

  1. We start with white fabric (polyester or silk). All the colours of your design including the base colour are dyed into the fabric.

  2. The fabric is cut out into the tie pieces and sewn into ties.

  3. The ties are pressed, labelled and bagged.
     

The result is very high quality and hard wearing.

We can supply plain polyester ties from our range of 11 stock colours.  The ties can be regular or clip-on.

Regular tie - 9.5cm x 142cm

Clip on tie - 9.5cm x 50cm
