Charnwood Ties was started as a family business by Ann Parsons and Robert Christie, manufacturing ties in 1991.  But its origins are much older than that.

Robert Christie had been in the textiles business for over 40 years and Ann in the tie business for almost 20 even then.  Now in 2018, we'd prefer to stop counting and just say that we have many years experience helping people successfully translate their design ideas onto fabric.

It's a lifelong passion and we are proud to have helped thousands of customers along the way.
